My Healthy Lifestyle

I plan of having an exercise program for my self so that I will stay fit and active. I will reduce my rice amounts from 4 cups to two. I plan to cut some fats in my diets. I will avoid drinking too much liquor and i will never engage into smoking ( CIGARETTE SMOKING IS DANGEROUS TO OUR HEALTH). So that I will not regret the consequences that I'm going to get out of that non sense.

I realize that this things would probably be possible when your family and friends stands at your back. they were the persons who can help you to achieve this goals.
